Hi! And welcome to Climbing and Running! A site by me (Mitch Lewis) dedicated to fellow serious and the not-so-serious climbers and runners who are looking to achieve Seven Continents or Seven Summits status and have fun in between.

I’ve run marathons on seven continents and have climbed five of the seven summits. I started this site as a resource to share training tips, mountain and marathons experiences, and general life stories in the pursuit of our goals.

In my day job, I am the GM of World Wide Marketing Microsoft Communications Sector, based in Redmond, Seattle. I am responsible for Microsoft sales, marketing and solutions offerings to service providers, hosting and media & entertainment companies.
