Hi! And welcome to Climbing and Running! A site by me (Mitch Lewis) dedicated to fellow serious climbers and runners who are looking to achieve Seven Continents or Seven Summits status.

I started this site as a resource to share training tips, mountain and marathons experiences, and general life stories in the pursuit of our goals. I’ve run marathons on Seven Continents and have completed four of the Seven Summits - so far.

In my day job, I run a business unit and corporate marketing for a leading supplier of broadband and mobile video solutions to global operators (DilithiumNetworks.com).
