Running Around the World in a Week

I thought one of the fun things to do might be to take pictures of my running shoes in various places on this last trip and maybe some others in the future. The first is of the shoes in my hotel room in Paris with the Eiffel Tower behind them:

The next picture is from my room in Helsinki and from the sauna in the hotel (ok I really didn’t wear the shoes in the sauna, but thought it would be a good picture!)

Finally, from New York City, where my hotel room faced the former World Trade Center, which is now a massive construction site:

They finally made it back home and embarked on a 14.3 mile run today through the hills of Sonoma County to the Marin County line – go Brooks!
